Whether you’re a new or experienced practitioner, this workshop will provide the tools you need to get stronger, prevent injury and have more fun in all your classes. When rooted in intelligent alignment, awareness, and appropriate application of the breath, Sun Salutations (Suryanamaskara A & B) have a profoundly positive effect on the body, mind and spirit. In a 60 or 90 minutes class, we often don’t have the time to learn these movement sequences with exactitude and so run the risk of never fully experiencing their power. The Art of Sun Salutes workshop offers us the opportunity to dedicate time and attention to learning the nuances of movement, focus and breath.
